Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lizard Farms. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipment to arrange for a return or exchange. We will do our best to resolve any issues you may have, and we appreciate your feedback on ways we can improve. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on perishable items such as produce and cut flowers. Additionally, any products that have been opened or used may not be eligible for return or exchange. Thank you for your understanding.
